What’s happening in the Marco Island real estate market? 
September saw 358 properties in inventory, down 30% from this time last year, while 67 properties sold during the month.
The median sales price was $1.6 million for homes, $600,000 for condos, and $475,000 for lots.
Total sold volume reached $89.5 million, down 31% year-over-year.
