It is affiliated with the Florida Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®, the largest trade organization in the nation representing more than 1.1 million professionals in the real estate industry.

2026 MIAAOR Membership Application This application is for joining as a FULL MEMBER. Your BROKER must be a participant in our MLS in order for you to be able to apply. If you are not sure, give us a call. You will pay local dues plus state and national (where applicable.) One of the most popular Benefits of Membership is being able to put your listings on PITCH PLUS. This is a caravan tour that our agents go out on every Friday from October-May and view 6-8 listings of our members. Typically we see anywhere from 15-25 members attend and it is great exposure for your listing!
2026 Marco Multi List Firm ApplicationThis application is for a FIRM/BROKERAGE to join so that any agents in their office can then join and be MLS SUBSCRIBERS or have FULL MEMBERSHIP.
2026 Marco Multi List Subscriber ApplicationThis application is for an agent that wants MLS only and their Broker is already a participant in our MLS. As an MLS Subscriber, you may ATTEND Pitch Plus, but you may not put your listings on the tour. That is a benefit of Membership.
